11/01 99 My term paper will be on women's rights. I will look at why people have positive or negative feelings towards rights for women. There are many hypotheses as to why people would feel positive or negative towards women's rights. Factors include economic, sociological, psychological, and political variables. Economically, income could effect the way a person feels towards rights for women. The higher the income, the less likely they will feel positive towards women's rights. People with a high income may be against more rights for women because they may have a more capitalistic view about issues. They may be less opposed to governmental institutions, such as, affirmative action, which will set quotas for underrepresented people in the work place. Many sociological factors may effect how a person feels towards women's rights. Gender will effect the way a person feels. Males will feel more negative towards women's rights. Religion will effect the way a person feels towards women's rights... This is not the end of the termpaper! Register below to see the complete version of this term paper.
