     Market overview

           I choose to be a sole-proprietor for the reason that I do not have to answer to no one else about my ideas.  I will have more of a sense of satisfaction and achievement.
           I believe that there would be a good deal of demand once I were to be established.  This would be a place where people could come with their families and enjoy a good meal, and meanwhile they could also shop for little nicknacks right next door.
           The meals would not exceed around fifteen dollars for the most expensive a person.  The items I would sell would b around thirty dollars or less.
           I would have no more of ten of each item to start with and see what is mostly sold and what is the least. Through that I would balance the quantities of the goods I sell.
           I would be marketing my products/idea to mainly middle class, all age, mainly family environments.  I would probably start this in my home town...
