There is a simple solution to these problems-------by being fit. Being fit isn¡¦t just based on a diet, or just doing exercise. It is a combination of both. Having a diet doesn¡¦t mean you can¡¦t eat your favorite foods, it just mean eating a reasonable amount along with other foods. Same goes for the exercise. Exercise is an important part of a fitness program. You can do your favorite sport, along with some aerobic exercise, which are very important, and there is a wide variety of them. The best fitness program is one that have an exercise(s) and a diet that you enjoy. The rewards and benefits of fitness can all be reaped, if you work at it. There are many benefits to fitness. The main one is health. Research has shown that people who are in shape and fit are less prone to disease such as coronary heart disease, osteoporosis, frailty, diabetes and conditions like obesity than the people are not. Fit people also tend to live a longer life. Doing aerobic and weight exercises such as running, walking, swimming, weight lifting etc. and a healthy diet is important in preventing or treating the above diseases or conditions.
