How did the Pharisees believe that they would obtain eternal life?
     By being related to Abraham.

What was the Jewish traditional view of sickness and sin?  How would they explain a man being blind?
     They believed that the only way to get sick was to commit a sin.  Or if you were sick then you were sinful.
     They said the man who was blind either sinned himself or his parents sinned.

What is the name of the small town outside Jerusalem?

     Mary and Martha
Why did Jesus give the disciples the Lord's Prayer?
     Because he wanted to teach them how to pray.  Not to repeat word for word but to pray with the same principles and stuff.

To what was Jesus referring to when he says, "Ask and it will be given, seek and you will find, knock and it will be opened unto you."?
     He is saying pray to God for all your needs.  The Lord will take care of you so you do not have to worry just pray to the Lord.

Jesus had power to cast out demons.  Where do the Pharisees say he got this power?  What was one of Jesus' answers?
     The Pharisees say he obtained his powers from the devil.
     Jesus answer was why should he cast out his own demons, if he was the Devil.

Define remnant
     They are the ones who stay faithful no matter what happens through thick and thin.

What sign, Old Testament Prophet, did Jesus give indicating His resurrection?
     Jonah who was stuck in the stomach of a whale for 3 days.  Jesus would rise in 3 days.

Jesus had a problem with the Pharisees because he was concerned about the "inside" and they were concerned about outward appearances.  List 3 rituals of the Pharisees that Jesus spoke out against.
     Jesus spoke out against the washing of the hands
     He spoke out against fasting in public.  He said dress normal and not to show people that you were fasting.
     He also spoke out against praying in public.  He said that you should pray so that no one else knows that you are praying except yourself and God.

During his ministry, what group was Jesus trying to avoid in Jerusalem?
He was avoiding the Jews

Explain the relationship of the marriage feast of the kingdom of heaven.  Include invitations, rejection of invitation, and new invitations.
     First a select few were chosen and invited to the feast.  Only certain people were invited to heaven.  These people rejected the invitation so now they will not go to heaven.  Instead everyone except them will be chosen to go to heaven.
